All-State Award winners

All-State Award winners can be viewed at the link below: http://www.indianalacrosse.org/HighSchool/ViewAllStatePoints.php There will be an awards ceremony at approximately 7:40 Saturday May 29th at IUPUI. The players will have their names announced receive certificates. All-State nominees are nominated by their own coaches. Each coach can nominate up to 3 attackmen, 6 midfielders, 3 defensemen, 1 goalie, 1 LSM, 1 Face-Off man. The coaches then place their votes for the All-State team with each coach unable to vote for their individual nominees. Coaches vote for first team and second team. A coach can vote up to 3 attackmen, 3 midfielders, 3 defensemen, 1 goalie, 1 LSM, and 1 Face-Off man. A nominee receiving a 1st Team vote gets 2 points and a nominee receiving a 2nd Team vote gets 1 point. The 3 attackmen, midfielders, and defensemen receiving the most points are awarded 1st team All-State for their respective positions. The next 3 nominees with the highest points are awarded 2nd team All-State. The nominees with the highest and second highest points for goalie, LSM and Face-Off are award 1st Team and 2nd Team respectively. If there is a tie both are awarded All-State. Any nominee receiving at least 3 points is awarded honorable mention.
